This lab pack:
AnyCompany-Mart-Inputs/ (4 files) and agents/.The scenario
AnyCompany Mart delivers groceries in Bangkok. On-time delivery fell from 79% to 71% this quarter, support contacts are rising, and leadership wants better retention without adding finance headcount. Your job: find the problem worth solving and define a solution the business and engineering teams agree on.
The pipeline
Orchestrator → Discovery (Pain Point Board) → Prioritize (Scoring Matrix) → Working Backwards (PR/FAQ) → Spec Generator (PROTOTYPE spec) → Designer (journey map, wireframes, prototype). Every artifact and an audit.md log are saved to your Space.
Agent setup: create 6 agents
In Amazon Quick, create a custom agent for each card below and paste the fields. Create the five specialists first, then the Orchestrator. The Orchestrator finds the specialists by name, so names must match exactly.
1 AI-PDLC Discovery
Create agent, then copy each field below into the matching field. The name must match exactly.

Set up and explore
- Sign in to Amazon Quick (Desktop app or
quick.aws.com). - Create a Space named AnyCompany-Mart-PDLC.
- Upload the 4 files from the
AnyCompany-Mart-Inputsfolder of this pack into the Space. - Create the 6 agents in section Agent setup. Create the 5 specialists first and the Orchestrator last. Give each agent access to the Space.
- Warm-up: in chat with the Space selected, ask a first question.
Discover: read the signals
- Pick AI-PDLC Orchestrator in the agent picker and send:
- Answer the setup questions (Phase 0). You can paste:
- When the Discovery questions start, give the context:
- Review the draft Pain Point Board. Check: does every pain point cite real feedback or ticket IDs from the files? Correct at least one severity rating yourself, then approve the gate.
DISCOVERY-pain-point-board is saved in the Space and audit.md has an entry for it.Decide: prioritize
- If Discovery found several solution directions, the Orchestrator moves to Prioritize. Give it:
- Read the score for each criterion, not only the total. Override one ranking if your team disagrees, and say why. The override is recorded in
audit.md.
Decide: Working Backwards PR/FAQ
- Continue with the Orchestrator into Working Backwards:
- Rewrite the press release headline yourself. Read the internal FAQ and challenge one answer you do not believe.
Design and prototype
- Spec Generator:
- Sign off the spec only after checking the acceptance criteria are testable.
- Designer (optional stage):
- Open the prototype HTML from the Space and click through the main flow. Write down 3 questions you would ask real users.
Hand off to AI-DLC (demo, optional)
The facilitator shows the hand-off: the PROTOTYPE spec goes to a coding agent such as Kiro, which builds against its acceptance criteria. If you have Kiro installed, download prototype_spec.md from the Space and try:

Apply it to your own product
Pick one real product question from your team. Describe it at a high level, without confidential data, and fill the six boxes. You can run the Discovery agent on it directly. Your notes stay in this browser only.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| The Orchestrator says it cannot find a specialist | Agent names must match exactly, for example AI-PDLC Discovery. Rename the agent or create it again. |
| An agent jumps straight to generating | Start a fresh chat with the Orchestrator, or pick the specialist directly for full Q&A. |
| Artifacts do not appear in the Space | Check the Space name you gave in setup is exactly the Space you created, and that the agent has access to it. |
| It is slow or you are behind | Use Fast Track, or run one stage at a time by picking a specialist directly. Facilitators have sample outputs to continue from. |
| You see usage or quota messages | All AI work counts toward your plan's agent hours (see Mission Control). Use Fast mode for simple steps and tell a facilitator. |
